Special Characteristics
One of the five greatest Prophets (Ulul-'Azm). In Islam, Isa is the Messiah, the son of Maryam, a servant and Messenger of Allah. He is honoured with the title 'Ruhullah' (Spirit of Allah) and 'Kalimatullah' (Word of Allah) - titles indicating his miraculous creation, not his divinity. He is the only Prophet who will return to earth before the Day of Judgement. The Injil (Gospel, in its original pure form) was revealed to him. Muslims love and honour Isa and consider rejecting him to be rejecting Islam.
