Mentioned in the Quran
Special Characteristics
The most-mentioned Prophet in the Quran by name. He is "Kalimullah" because Allah spoke to him directly, without the intermediary of an angel. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "Every Prophet has a close friend among the Prophets, and my close friend among them is Ibrahim." Yet for direct divine speech, Musa holds the unique distinction. He brought the Torah, one of the four major divine scriptures.
